Lifestyle coaching you can cancel after the initial 24-week commitment. If you wish to cancel for any reason other than a medical issue (provide a doctor's certificate), you will need to pay for the remaining weeks in your contract.

There are some vegetarian recipes available in our e-books. I will help you to establish good nutritional meals to cater to your dietary requirements.

The roadmap I will develop for you will give you an estimated timeline of events and weekly expectations. However, this does require you to do the work. Results are not guaranteed, but I can tell you that we will work through any problems to ensure you do get results. Remember this is not a “program” it’s coaching.
