COMP PREP FAQ’S

24 weeks leading up to a show. Pre-prep phase & post-comp phase are recommended. We also have a mandatory 4-week post-comp phase to reverse you out of the deficit.

Results take time. We need to establish good foundations around training and nutrition, these foundations are the building blocks for your success in the long term. We aren’t about quick-fix solutions at Ellavate. We will map out your coaching road map tailored to your goals so you can see exactly how long it will take to get you there.

Yes. We will discuss the types of federations and where your physique fits. You may find you switch federations too as you grow.

I am an FMG pro and a lot of my clients want to compete in FMG. I also coach clients with ICN (Worldwide), NPC, NBA, ANB and IFBB.

I will try my best to attend competitions. Some locations and dates may conflict so this is not a guarantee.

I will refer you to some fantastic bikini designers that can help you in this process.

Ideally, you have spent at least 12 months tracking your nutrition and training, and you have a good relationship with yourself and food.

Minimum 12 months.

It’s expensive! Coaching, posing coaching, bikini, heels, tan, hair makeup, dresses, theme wear, travel… budget a minimum of $15k (AUS).

I do not. But will refer you to many fantastic posing coaches that will have you dancing around the stage (not literally) with confidence.
